At U Connect Services, we value your time and strive to provide a smooth and professional chauffeur experience. However, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair for both our clients and our drivers.
Free Cancellation – You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup at no charge.
Late Cancellations – Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time will be subject to a 50% charge of the total fare.
No Show Policy – If the passenger does not show up at the pickup point without prior notice, the full fare will be charged.
Flight Delays – In case of airport transfers, we monitor flights. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no extra cost.
Refunds – Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
